  Escape Sacramento offers immersive and exciting experiences where players solve puzzles, uncover mysteries, and race against the clock to escape! We're looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Game Operators.

  Job Summary:
  As a Game Operator, you will be the face of our escape room. Your role is to ensure that players have an unforgettable experience, from welcoming them to guiding them through the game. You'll set the stage, monitor gameplay, provide hints, and reset rooms with precision and care.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Welcome and engage with guests, explain game rules, and set the tone for an exciting adventure.

  • Game Monitoring: Oversee live gameplay via cameras, provide timely hints when needed, and ensure a smooth flow of the experience.

  • Room Preparation: Reset and inspect rooms between games, ensuring all props, puzzles, and components are in perfect condition.

  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently.

  • Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for guests and staff.

  Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to think quickly and adapt to unexpected situations.

  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure rooms are properly reset and operational.

  • A passion for puzzles, games, or interactive experiences is a plus!

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
