CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of our games, tickets are limited and we rely on advance bookings to keep a consistent schedule. Our new refund policy is as follows:
14+ days notice = Full refund processed within 48 hours
8-14 days notice = Full credit towards another escape game in the future
7 days notice = 50% escape credit towards another escape game in the future
Less than 24 hours = No refund or credit
Because our games operate by appointment only, our venue hours vary. If you need to get in contact, the best way is through email or by calling us.
